Silly question, but this is our first time using DME (and first time without a car -- YIKES!)....

If I already have received our DME luggage tags, etc, do I still need to go online and make a reservation? I called them in early Dec w/ our info and then they sent the tags....so does this replace doing the online reservation?

Thanks!!!

If you got the yellow DME tags--not the souvenir luggage tags you get with a package reservation--and the DME voucher/info booklet then you have a DME reservation. Nothing more to do.

If you've gotten your DME tags then you're all set for the arrival portion of your trip.

However, if you've not given Disney your departure information, then you will NOT automatically receive vouchers for the return trip on ME. You can do this ahead of time, but you still need to get the voucher (it should show up with your check-out information) or anytime while you're on vacation. I went to the concierge and make my departure reservation and received the vouchers at that point.

(Note: If you've already gotten vouchers for both arrival and departure, then you're all set. I received my tags with having specified arrival and departure flights, so I only had vouchers for the arrival part of the trip.)
