I have used and liked DME in the past, but we all arrived at the airport at the same time the last time I used it. This time me and DS1 and DS2 get to Orlando on March 7th, and DH, not until March 10th. I did give all this info to my TA when she booked DME. Now the vouchers have come in and the 4 of them are all dated for my arrival date. Would it be OK for my DH to just take that voucher and use it at the later date? He will have the package confirmation stuff with him and everything to prove he has a reservation. Should I call DME and try to make the change? Although I hear of people calling and then having everything messed up. We are in Canada, so even if I make the change there will be no way that they would be able to send me new vouchers on time.

My parents and brother are in the same situation. Parents arrive on the 8th and brother on the 10th.

I thought about just hiring a car for DH, but he is kind of the leader for 5 members of my family and with that many they would have to hire a van and some of my family just doesn't have the money. Besides, better the $ be in our pockets if we can be on ME for free.

When YOU arrive, just remind them at the Magical Express desk that your spouse will be arriving on xxxx flight # and the date. That should re-key the barcode on his voucher and his luggage tags as to his arrival time.

No problems from there!!

thanks for the idea. I will try that. Could he actually be turned away from the ME desk if he shows up with an out of date voucher and the reservation confirmation for ASSp?

Nope, as long as his name is on the reservation. They send the vouchers out in advance and they know that travel arrangements can change. They also know that all the details can get lost between the TA, CRO, and Magical Express. That's why they have everyone check in at the desk is to confirm that they have their system straight.

Awesome, I feel better now. DH refuses to stress over it though. He says that if they do not let him on he will just call a cab and have a smoke while he waits. He is very good at stress free. :thumbsup2
