DME--POLY resort area??

Hi Everyone,
We'll be heading off to the Polynesian in less than 2 weeks--
We will be using DME for the 1st time. Can anyone tell me what Hotel Route we're on and in what order. I presume that we'll be with the rest of the monorail hotels,??
Any feedback about your experience would be appreciated.

I don't know the route, however, after riding the "monorail" at MCO, just watch for the white Mickey glove. Once, you follow the glove, you will be directed to the appropriate bus...sorry I can't give you specifics, but I hope this info helps.

The ME routes change all the time depending on demand at that time. Only the driver will know what the route will be at that time.

I am not sure what the white Mickey glove is. They no longer are allowed to place CM's on 3rd floor.... they do have a CM down at baggage claim area helping direct people to the DME desk...

At any given moment, Disney decides what resorts will be grouped together on any given bus. Since it makes sense that resorts near each other be grouped together, this usualy happens unless demand (which they know by reservations) dictates otherwise.

However, the order of drop-off is strictly up to the driver.

We are just back from the Poly.
When we got on the ME bus the driver said it was going to Wilderness Lodge, Poly, and Grand Floridian.
He stopped at the Poly first on that day.
But I guess like everyone said, it changes.

When we went to the Poly, the hotels were the Poly, the CR and the WL. We were dropped off first.

As everyone said it is subject to change at any given moment.

Last week, we arrived on 11/27 and were dropped off at WL first, then the bus went to Poly, then the GF.

Yesterday to go home, the bus followed the same route: WL then Poly then GF.

The Disney designated route for MK Resorts is as follows:

GF is first, onless Poly guests are onboard. Then we stop at Poly 1st because it's on the way and close to GF. PLUS the left hand turn into Poly in a bus is not pretty. The logical 3rd choice is WL then CR last. This route, regardless of how it is run, will require backtracking. What I have stated is what DISNEY requests MEARS to do. So it's 1. Poly, 2. GF, 3. WL, 4. CR on the theory that ALL 4 resorts are onboard the bus.

NOT ALL drivers comply for whatever reason, so I don't guarantee this.

I am not one of them. I do what they ask, makes life less stressful.

If there are no GF guests onboard, then the driver can determine the route as he/she sees fit.

This is the only route that DISNEY has a set mandate as to how the route is run inbound from the airport.
