Thanks for the help. I think we can get it worked out with this info. Since we are flying SW we have to deal with the luggage on return anyway so will send it all with those in the van and then several people can get the bus and go directly to the security check in area. If SW becomes a participating airline we can rethink the whole thing again. It's really strange because I have no problem waiting for buses at WDW but I hate thinking about leaving to go to the airport 3 hours before the plane leaves. Of course this trip it may be different - the first two days there will be myself, DH, DD, DSIL, DGS4 and DGS15mo.in a 2BR at OKW. Then on day three add in DS 20 for 5 days, on the 6th day add DH's ex and DD's half sister(separate OKW studio but shared meals, park days etc) for the last five days, on day 7 add DSIL's aunt for 4 days. On day 8 we return DS20 to MCO to go home (by then I may join him) All in all 11 days 10 nights of family (extended and otherwise) togetherness - DD (DH's by 1st marriage) has a day by day almost hour by hour itinerary and can't understand that some of us may wish to go off on our own for some of the time. At least DH has said on several occasions - "if we want to do something different we'll go do it and they can go their way" - Hope he sticks to it. Sorry this is off thread but needed to vent. Thanks again everyone - I guess three hours won't be too bad and if we all end up on the bus I will be saving the rental charge for a minivan for the day. Hope everyone has magical trips - I know I plan to.
