DME for others in party?

We are taking a multi family trip in June. I booked all of the villas using my DVC points, although each family technically has their own reservation. I thought I remembered the lady on the phone saying that if any of these families needed DME (or DDP) that I would have to book for them. How do I go about doing that? 3 of our 5 families need DME.

Silly question, but who do I call for DME? I've never had to call before. Ive always booked it online when buying my package. Also I have 1 family wanting to do DDP. Is that a separate call to the dining line?

Since you booked through DVC, you call them. For both. With the dining plan you pay for it all at once when you arrange it.
