DME For Daughter Coming Later?

We are driving to the world and staying on our DVC points. My daughter wants to stay here for a wedding and come down a few days after us.
She would fly into MCO. Can I book DME for her even though we haven't used it and have checked in a few days prior? She would only need it one way, and we would bring her luggage with us.
