DME & AAA question

I spoke to our AAA agent today about adding DME to our existing room only reservation. She said that DME was only available to those staying at disney on packages -not room only. I thought magical express was for anyone staying at disney?

As a side note, I also asked her to add a non-smoking request to our reservation and she said that she didn't think she could do that since the reservation was already placed. Does that sound right?

She is misinformed on both counts. DME is for any resort guest. She also can call and have the request added.
