I have looked for this and I am sure it is out there but I can't find it. I need to call today and give our flight info for DMA. Problem is we are arriving on different flights and different days, but staying in same resort and room. Do I need to give all the different information for each person? Does Disney care if we are not all there for check in? We are on package that includes free dining.

Do you mean DME? Not sure I'm familiar with what DMA is!

We do this all the time as we arrive from different airports, on different flights & on different days. Yes you can do this, but yes absolutely you must let Disney know everyone's specific itinerary to use DME.

Yes!!! So sorry DME!!! Arriving on different days and flights won't effect our free dining package either correct?

I'm pretty sure that everyone has to be present at check in for you to receive your free dining credits. Or maybe they will only release the credits of the people who are actually there. I can't remember how it works for sure, but I do know that at check in they will not release the credits of the people who are not present.. You may want to ask about that on the Dining Plan forum.

Getting conflicts reports for this on the dining thread. Everyone is saying that as long as the lead person is there to check in we will be fine. We have never had everyone go to the counter to check in, in our 20 plus trips, so hopefully everyone on that thread is correct :)

NO DDP involved with our ressie but BFF checked us in at resort upon her arrival. The one time I had DDP I checked us all in but I had paid for DDP also.
