DLR - Where to find dining hours for restaurants?

I looked at the Disney website and for most restaurants they don't list any hours. We usually eat at off hours and have run into the issue several times that restaurants had either not opened yet or were already closed.

Here are the ones I would like to hunt down:

DL:
River Belle Terrace
Carnation Cafe
The Golden Horseshoe
Stage Door Cafe
Plaza Inn
Rancho Del Zocalo Restaurante
Royal Street Veranda
Village House

DCA:
Paradise Garden Grill

I find the DIS ones a helpful place to start. http://www.wdwinfo.com/disneyland/dining/dininglist.cfm

Part of the trouble with finding hours is they can vary depending on park hours. The DIS boards have a general sense of which ones open when and stay open until park close. I have found, going in August, that most places start lunch at 11:30am and dinner around 4:30pm.
