DLR transfer fee?

I was looking at the 2006-2007 planner and in the Disney Collection the information on booking clearly seperates out DCL as having a $75 fee, but does not indiciate what the fee is for DLR?

There was no fee when I used points at GC and DLH in 2001 and 2005.

I like that answer, so the only issue is that once a point is used for disney collection, if you cancel it must be used for disney collection afterward.
