DLR to LAX on a friday evening? Time?

We will be at Disney in a couple of weeks and have an international flight leaving at 9:45pm from LAX (Tom Bradley Terminal).
We are planing to arrive 3 hours before our flight time.
We will be taking Uber/Lyft from our hotel, which is directly at the park entrance on Harbour!
When do we have to leave Disneyland?
How long will the drive be from Anaheim to LAX on a friday evening?
Google maps shows a driving time between 45 and 90 minutes! Is this correct? So I guess leaving at the hotel at 5:15pm should be ok? So we should be leaving Disneyland at 5pm?!

I would trust Google Maps more than any advice other posters will give you.

Agreed, always assume the max google maps estimate. Cross your fingers for no accidents/road work or any little bit of rain as well.

Google Maps has a great traffic estimator tool on their website that you can play with times so see what expected traffic would be and is best guideline.

Go to GoogleMaps.com and enter LAX, click DIRECTIONS then enter start point. There will then be a drop down menu that says "LEAVE NOW" and you can play with times to see traffic based on departure or arrival times.
