DLR Site Problems?

Trying to book WOC dessert package, any other dining ADRs, buy tickets to the Halloween party. For all I get errors, for dining I get a Lady & The Tramp pic with a sorry message. For the tickets I can put them in my cart, when it goes to the screen on how to send them it is half blank.

I know the site is sometimes wonky, and I know I can (and I will) just call but was wondering if it is a known issue.
