Is there someplace I can find DLR recipes? I can find WDW's but not DLR's. Thanks!

If you are in the park I have heard you can ask at city hall for recipes. Otherwise, I would suggest you try to call or e-mail guest services. They should be able to help you.

There is also a cookbook with recipes in it that they sell at DL. Not every single recipe they make, but there is a pretty good selection. It also includes some from WDW restaurants. Wasn't sure if you've already seen these. ;)

Marie is correct, you can go to City Hall or email them and they will try to help you.

Is there a certain recipe you are looking for? I know a few websites that have some but not many. I love the cookbooks for DL and WDW. I have a couple of them.

How about Chef Oscar's beef stroganoff pot pie?

How about the Monte Cristo?!
This was passed along to me from "disneegrl4eva."

Blue Bayou Monte Cristo Sandwich

Batter:

1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. water
1 egg, beaten

Sandwich:

1 oz. sliced white turkey
1 oz. sliced Swiss cheese
1 oz. slice ham
2 slices good white bread

To make batter, sift flour, salt and baking powder together. Add water to beaten egg, and then add to the flour mixture. Mix well and set aside.
To make sandwich, use one slice of turkey, Swiss cheese and ham on 2 pieces of white bread. Then cut into quarters, using toothpicks to hold together. Dip sandwiches in egg batter completely, and deep fry at 360 degree oil until golden brown. Remove toothpicks and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Serve with warm seedless rasberry jam, and grapes. :cloud9:

Not good for the heart, but it does does taste yummy!!!

Bon Apetit!! (Is that how you spell it?) :rotfl:

If anyone knows where I can get the recipe for the little chocolate chip muffins they have at the Storyteller's Cafe, I would apprieciate it! My niece really liked them, I should have asked when I was there! She has asked me to make her muffins for her birthday-I double checked she wants muffins not cupcakes!

thanks for posting this so I didnt have to look it up:rotfl: I have made these myself and they taste exactly like the MC at BB and CO...as far as the jam...just buy a jar of raspberry jam and put it in a saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally until its runny....:thumbsup2
