DLR Mail Order Question (Pins)

I know that shipping from WDW is quite expensive. So I was wondering if anyone had any experience ordering pins from Disneyland. Dizpins states on their site that shipping for 1-25 pins is only $3.50. Is this really true?

I am wanting to order several Hidden Mickey Mystery bags to add to my collection.

Also, does anyone have any experience with ordering pins by email from Disneyland? Surely you wouldn't provide credit card information in an email, how does this work?

I appreciate any advice!
