DLR hotels split payments q

Probably staying GCH next month, wondering if I can split charges to take advantage of some credit card points I've accumulated. So, if I have a balance of $500 could I go to the front desk and pay $100 with one credit card and the rest on another or do you have to pay the entire current balance?

I have done this. My sister and I go every year and we often split the cost between our credit cards. We stay at GCH.
