DLR Codes not working!

My friend and I went to DLR this week and completed the quest on the last day of the quests. When we returned yesterday we tried to enter our codes. All of mine worked but the odd thing is my friends codes don't work. None of them do but all of mine do. Can someone please help?

When I had some park codes the 8's and B's looked very similar.
