I just made a Fantastic! dinner reservation for Blue Bayou. Has anyone who has gluten issues done this yet? Just curious how good the options are. Thanks in advance!

I'm not sure about the F! dinner specifically, but I'm pretty sure the maque choux on the regular menu is GF. Also, I've read that they sometimes offer GF pasta. The also can sub buns (probably Udi's) for the bread service. You should note it on you reservation to make sure they have something available.
