DLR ADR window opening soon, need some advice

What meals might be considered 'hard to get' at DLR that I should consider jumping on as soon as my window opens?

I'm guessing you haven't been to Disneyland before? It's NOTHING like WDW in regards to dining reservations. You can often get reservations day-of! If you know where you want to eat, sure, go ahead and book now, but there is absolutely no rush, unless you were going on say, New Year's Eve! Maybe book your character meals, but even those I have booked the night before.

We have AP's to both DLR and WDW so yeah we've been before .

I know dining is much different than WDW and most trips to DLR we make NO ADR's, and several have been QS only. But, this will likely be our last trip for the passes and just in case we've 'missed' something by not having an ADR I want to find out if there's any 'hot' ones at the moment?

Apologies for mistaking you as a "newb". Like I said, character meals, also WOC meals, Napa Rose, and Blue Bayou are the ones that I think would be competitive, but don't stress about calling as soon as your window is open.

I generally agree that there aren't any reservations that you have to grab as soon as your window opened up at DLR. That being said, it does seem like the Fantasmic dessert party is fairly popular. As the PP said, I would also go ahead and make a reservation at the Blue Bayou sooner rather than later, especially if you have a very specific time you want to eat.

Yes, the Fantasmic Dessert seems the quickest seller outer..but since they added more seats several years ago, I haven't had that much of an isue getting that. The Halloween parties can sell out fast, and the Blue Bayou seems like it can fill up quickly too.
