DLP Photos / Cast Member Etiquette

Because there are only two of us, I now have a potentially silly question. At WDW, the cast members are quite accustomed to and seemingly agreeable to having tourists hand over cameras to take pictures. Is it OK / acceptable to do this at DLP?

As I understand it, there aren't photopass photographers at DLP? So, I'm worried we'll have no photos of the two of us, unless it's on a ride..

As always, just trying to avoid being "the ugly American" and appreciate your thoughts.

Ive seen CMs taking photos for people at character meets. We've also had waiters offer to take photos of us in restaurants and have had people ask us to take photos for them as well

at meet and greets i have seen cm take photos. also i have been asked to take a photo or two and its no problem.

I've asked CM's to take photos of me and my daughter as its nice to appear in at least one photo lol.

Don't think you will have a problem. I've also been stopped by several couples and asked to take their picture

Although the photopass system does not exist at DLP there are official DLP photographers at the character meet n greets. They will be happy to take a photograph with your camera

My best photos from my last trip were taken by a lovely german man who I had asked if he wouldn't mind taking a photo of myself and my daughters. Turned out he was a photographer Seriously didn't know my camera had the capability

No one seems to mind taking pictures. We often taken them of other people. Just smile and ask and you will be rewarded.

I have had no problem with asking a CM to take a photo & others have asked me before.
