DLP In January

I was wondering if anyone here has been to Disneyland Paris in January before and if so like hooooooow cold is it lol?

I went the last week of January this year it was extremely cold and it did rain....just make sure you wrap up extra warm and your be fine

The parks are also very quiet

I absolutely hate the cold - and I have booked for January too Anyone got any good tips on how to beat the cold weather?

Thermals, fleeced lined everything, hot chocolate, IASW for the heat or Lion King show!
2007 was so cold it stung your lungs breathing and I took my gloves of to film the parade and my knuckles were creaking! Never felt it like that before though! 2008 was cold but a do-able cold.
If you hate the cold I'm really not sure you are going to enjoy yourself, hopefully the magic will take over!

I think it would be great to be in a Disney park while it is snowing. And I truly hate snow here is the states.

We went in January 2000 and it was darn cold! But on the plus side, the parks were quiet

I'd say wear thermals, gloves, fleeces etc and don't forget a scarf and hat!

I'm going in january too and have already bought my ski boots for it!!! I'm also thinking thermals!!

I went to Paris for 2 days in Januray this year and it was cold (esp at the top of the eiffel tower) but dry and do-able and we were fine in jeans and a coat.

So I'm hoping for similar weather!!

Yes it will be cold but all the little darlings will be at school meaning an empty park which can only be a good thing!!

I'd go for layers and lots of them when it comes to clothing as it'll be easier to adjust going in and out of rides etc.

But make sure you have a hat, scarf and gloves!

Ive been for christmas and it was freezing, so i imagine it would be similiar for January...thats the only thing im not looking forward to for my trip in Feb!!.lol
