DLP in January 2004

Hi all,

We are planning to visit DLP on 10 Jan 2004.

Does anyone have any info as to how the park will be at that time, crowd, rides available (BTM especailly), etc.

Also, according to the Disney site, they will be having the Chinese New Year celebration. Has anyone been to one before? It's one of the reasons why we want to go at that time.

Opening times in january are 10am to 8pm for Disneyland and 10am to 6pm for the Walt Disney Studios. Both parks open at 9am on Le Weekend. For the last few years Frontierland has not opened up until midday as a cost saving measure.

Crowds will be very light in January, so no worries on that front. There are no plans to close Big Thunder, although that could change once more details of the Californian accident become clear (I doubt it though(.
