Traveling with my mom and son. My mom keeps odd hours (and snores) so I'd like to have separate sleeping areas.

Is it best to just book separate rooms or are there suites? I found suite but they seem to only have one bedroom still don't need a sitting room.

Also the dlp website says "one or two" double beds. Not the first time I'll have had to share a bed with my kid but separate beds would be nice. Are they just randomly assigned? Can I connect reservations like I do on the wdw website?

Thanks!

They do have suites but I think most are still only one room, most rooms have 2 double beds, you can request adjoining rooms but not always guaranteed. Had it once and another time the rest of the family were opposite our room. They tend to allocate rooms a week before stay so you could mention when booking and then follow up with hotel a week before.

Also suites are never included in any deals you pay full rate for them

Another option would be to pay for a regular room, and ask for an upsell at check-in. Upon availability, you would pay only the difference of the two fares (the suite and your room), which would somehow allow for a suite at a discounted price.

We've been in numerous suites at the Sequoia Lodge with this trick (sometimes booking 3 on the same floor !)
