DLP Free half board - what's included?

Hello,
I haven't been to WDW for six years and DLP for probably ten.

I need a holiday with my 12yo whilst her older sister is volunteering in africa this summer, so I'm contemplating DLP.

My guess is the HB meal plan is the standard buffet lunch or dinner?? But what does the in park breakfast include?

From reading trip reports the in park breakfast is a quick service breakfast. The location is specified on the vouchers when you get them. Previously the breakfast has been available in Cafe Hyperion, and Pizzeria Bella Notre in the main park and Cafe en Coulisse in The Studios. I am not sure where it is currently available.

The breakfast is

1. Hot Drink
2. Choice of orange juice or apple juice
3. Any 2 of the following - pain au chocolate or plain croissant or baguette with jam and butter or bacon and cheese omelette burger

Is there a published list somewhere for the restaurants included for lunch or dinner?
