DLP Disney owned?

Is DLP "Disney owned and operated"?

I ask because with the Disney Visa, we can get 0% financing for 6 months on a vacation package, but it must be Disney owned and operated such as WDW and DL.
I'm having trouble finding the answer and thought some of you may know.

Disneyland Paris is not owned by the Walt Disney Company, it is owned by Euro Disney S.C.A.

It's a bit like Tokyo Disneyland which is owned by a different company but uses and pays for the use of the Disney rides and such in its park.

Unfortunately DLP don't take the Disney Rewards cards either, I think even the gift cards from WDW or DLR don't work either

They won't work due to being a different currency
