Dlp 2008 photo albums

Hi
Was just wondering if anyone else has ever brought one of the 2008 photo albums (the one with mickey, the castle and the tower of terror on the front) from dlp because we did and when we got home all the pages have started to fall out.
My son is really upset because he brought it with his own money so he could take it to school with all his photos in but now there is hardly any pages left.
Has this happened to anyone else?
Do you think its worth complaining to disney or not cause i just think its really poor for a disney product.

I dont have the 2008 one but is a ringbinder type one with paper type pages?

If so our pages have ripped through the pages being turned so much. I strengthened them with sellotape and punch hole strengtheners.

They are rather flimsy

I would definitely complain.

You may need to send it back to DLRP though, with a letter and your receipt if you still have it.

A photo album should be built to last, not built to fall to pieces.

I got one in august and im also very upset as mine has fallen to bits as well ,had to put a elastic band around the first few pages its a bit dissapointing I would complain but to send it back would cost a lot in p&p and ive also not got the receipt anymore ,but it might be worth a email to make them awhere of the problem you can pm me for my name and adress to add to it if you like (my friend and I once both got bag from dlrp in 2006 the clasp went one both of them in the same place we did send them back and got new ones but they where very small and light)
