For us, always DLH and never PP. It just seems like a value hotel, not up to par with GC or DLH. And that pool area? Please, it's like a Holiday Inn.
They have tried very hard to "Disneyfy" it, but it doesn't really work.
There is no doubt when we are at DLH or GC, it's just a better experience for us. It feels different.
For the same price, DLH would be the better bet. I understand that people stay at PP to be considered on property and to benefit from that--that makes sense. But for the same money, hands down DLH. Again, this is just my opinion. I know folks who LOVE PP and it's their first choice.
