Hi :wave2: This has been on the hotel thread however I thought I post it here so people won't miss it.
DLH now do rooms that sleep up to 5. I'm sure this will be great news to some people.

That is absolutely fantastic news!!!

I sent a letter two years ago asking why they didn't offer rooms sleeping five like at the WDW deluxe resorts. I am so happy they have now implemented this!!

I am going to try and book for either late summer or October half-term :goodvibes

Thanks for the information! :wizard:

It would be great if they could do it at the Hotel New York too - the rooms are a similar size to the DLH. Then people would have another, and slightly cheaper, onsite option

Do we have any pics? Would love to see how they are organised and how much space there is.

hopefully i`m booking tomorrow so i`ll ask how the rooms will be done -i`m assuming it`ll be 2 doubles and a pull out sofa type thing -they actually will sleep 5 and a child under 3 so there must be room for a travel cot as well!!

I just "pretended to book" at 2 night stay at HNYwith thomas cook signature and it is given "standard room 1 to 5 people" as a room option so it seems they have these rooms at HNY as well. :goodvibes

the only problem with that is that i think the tcsig site classes 0-5 as inc an infant as the dlh hasn`t been updated as yet on ther and still only gives the option of a standard room no supplement ........
i could be wrong tho!

Great news Jane! I'm sure he'll enjoy watching the kids having a great time even if it's not his cup of tea!

its booked!!!!!!!! well nearly ,just waiting on t/cook to do a fax request for the room, takes till about weds to get confirmation its available THEN its booked, and the guy messed up my quote and forgot to charge for extra child that we pay for(we get 2 free) and t/cook had to honour the original price and we got £50 off for early booking!
