DLH rooms - Bathroom setup?

I've noticed in videos and pics that some rooms have a vanity/sink outside the bathroom. Also some have double sinks. Is it just luck of the draw, or does each tower have a different setup?

We stayed in fantasy tower. The room that had 2 queens, had a bathroom with a single sink and tub with a toilet. The toilet could be closed off by a door. We had a king room that was accessible and everything was in one bathroom.

All of the rooms I've stayed in at DLH had the vanity inside the bathroom, which is a big minus to me. I wish they had included more vanities outside the bathroom (like at GCH). When you have a party of 4-5, it sure makes things easier when getting ready in the morning. I'm not sure which rooms have outside vanities at DLH but I don't think they're very common.

Yeah, that would make much more sense. That being said, at least they have the toilet in it's own room. That, small as it is, can be used as a getting dressed area. I definitely like the setup (dual sinks, new showers) of the rooms of the GCH as well as the proximity, but I don't care much for the new room decor. Much prefer the look of the DLH rooms as well as the grounds.

I stayed in the Fantasy tower at the DLH and had a bathroom with the vanity and sink inside the bathroom (I also had a counter with a mirror outside the bathroom, but this was not the actual vanity). My parents had the room right next door and they had the vanity/sink outside the bathroom. So it is not by tower, it is by actual room. I supposed you could make a request. I much preferred having our setup as the bathroom itself was much larger than my parents' room. We also had a full walk-in closet with a door you could close whereas my parents had a closet with a sliding door on a track.

I actually like the setup with the double vanity inside the bathroom with the toilet separated by a door. I'll consider myself lucky if I get my Tower request. I doubt if I ask for a specific bathroom layout they'll pay any attention to it.
