Hi I have a couple quick questions I thought you guys could help me with. :) I know the Dreams tower has the newly renovated rooms, and I've read that the pool/resort view are in this tower. My first question is are ALL the pool/resort view in this tower or are some in the others? My second question is are there standard rooms in this tower as well, or do you have to get a resort/pool view for an updated room? Thanks!

All the rooms in the dreams tower are done. They have pool views and downtown disney views. I'm not sure about others. The old tower, (where you check in) I know has pool views also. I'm assuming they all do since they are in a "U" formation, with the pool in the center.

Standard rooms and Resort/pool views are available in all towers. Theme park view rooms may only be in Dreams. If you want dreams, you can request it.

All of the rooms in the Dreams tower are pool/resort view.

If you book a standard view room, you will be in either the Magic tower looking over the check in parking lot (but you can watch the fireworks from this tower) or the Wonder tower looking over a parking lot.

Good to know. I thought the rooms on the first few floors without any "view" of anything would be standard.

Actually, that's not true. You can get a standard view room in the Dreams tower on either the pool side or the DTD side. I think it's the 1st 3 floors that are considered standard.

We never drop any extra dollars on rooms with an upgraded view and have stayed in the Dreams tower at least a half dozen times in the past 4 years. The lower floors have "standard" view rooms.

Thanks! I was told by a CM a loong time ago the differences on the views and just stuck with it.. This is good to know!
