DLH concierge?

Depends on your definition of worth it. We typically stay there on our trips and have enjoyed it. The rooms are the same size as all others. If you are in the same tower as the lounge it is the Sierra and your views are downtown disney or the pool. Both are nice. Pool side can be a little noisy if you are lower but with concierge you typically are on 10 or 11.

They put out breakfast snacks in the AM. Bagels, fruits, cereal, danish, juices, milk, coffee, etc. Nothing spectacular but nice. Can get water and pop, etc. all day to take with you. In afternoon put out gold fish, crackers, cookies and some fruit along with standard drinks. At night serve wine...not sure about other alcoholic beverages, have a hot HD and veggie tray and other snacks, can't remember. You can watch the fireworks from the lounge and they pipe in the music which is nice. The lounge itself is nice but not spectacular. You get turn down service and free DVD although we were never there long enough to watch a movie.

Due to the 50th the concierge prices weren't reduced this year so we are staying at the DLH, non concierge for about $110 less a night. When multiplied by three nights that adds up and buys a lot of snacks and drinks.

The staff was very nice and helpful but not spectacular. Hope that helps. The concierge at Grand Californian might be different though. Paradise Pier concierge isn't as good as the DLH ... food choices limited, no view from lounge, etc.
