We are only staying at DLH Club Level for one night. Our flight arrives around noon so I would expect to arrive at the hotel by 1:30 or so.

I assume there is no way to get club level access until we actually have a room key, so this could be 4 pm?

How late can you get club level access on your check out day?

Just wondering if it's even worth it to purchase club level for the one night.

You will get club access as soon as you arrive. If you’re room is not ready, they will give you a key that you can use to access the resort amenities and, when you’re room is ready, you will be able to use the key to access your room without having to go to the front desk or concierge. You will receive a text with your room number. You can use the lounge until you check out. Your keys will stop opening the door at that time. If you’re in the lounge at check-our time, they will not kick you out. But once you leave after checkout, you can’t go back in.

Will that be true with the new policy regarding amenities? https://www.disboards.com/threads/c...l-6pm-on-departure-day.3876695/#post-63867557

I know this is my post, but we are staying Club Level at the Grand in July and the CM on the phone specifically told me we could access the Club Lounge as soon as we arrived on our check in day and hang out in there while we wait for our room to be ready.

In addition, it appears as though the GCH and DLH are now using mobile check in and digital keys and in reading the informative email explaining those, it says that the digital key will give you access on your check in day as long as you have completed the online check in procedure. It seems that stopping at the desk is no longer required. It specifically mentions using the digital key to unlock pool gates, gym, and club level lounges.

That’s good. It seems like an appropriate perk for club level to have early entrance.

Just to confirm...If I have a 2 night stay I can check in early, like 8 am and still have access to the club even before I get my room at 4:00? Then I would have the club all the next day plus up until I check out on my last day?

Thanks! Are you allowed to stay in the lounge as long as you want? Our room is so small it would be nice to have another area to go hang out, especially in the evenings when we're done at the park. Are there plenty of seats in the lounge, and is there a bathroom?

Are the Premium club rooms in all of the towers, or only Adventure?

There were plenty of seats most of the day. The only times seats are at a premium is during the fireworks.

I don't see why you couldn't spend a large portion of your day there if you wished.

I think most of the club rooms are in adventure tower, but there are suites that can be upgraded to club in all 3 towers.

I just noticed our room description says "Downtown Disney View," so it must be adventure. Last time we had a pool view in Adventure but I think DTD will be nicer.

Do they have any covid protocols in the lounge? Social distancing, is the food still buffet style etc? I assume not, but just wanted to check.

Premium rooms can be in all towers. I just returned home from being in a Premium room in the Fantasy Tower.

You can use the lounge as soon as you arrive. There is a restroom in the lounge. The lounge can seat about 50-60 people I would guess. The food is buffet style. CMs wear masks in the lounge, but that is about it.
