DLH change guest name at check-in?

The primary guest is staying the same but my bro might not be able to join us (won’t know until last min) in which case my BFF will. Can the front desk/CL conceirge change a non-primary guest name at check-in? (I’m 99% sure this is no big deal but I want to make sure.)

Also she wouldn’t arrive until the next day, would they need her ID to add her to the room? I’m worried about her being able to park her car when she arrives if her name isn’t on the res.

I have added/changed names while checking-in at GCH many times, you should be fine

Change names all the time. You should add her when you check in. Then call and tell her the room. When she drives on she can just say she is joining you. Do this frequently.

I've put people on the room after check-in. As long as you are under occupancy you'll be fine.
