DLH DVC rental- what happens if your renter skips paying the tax??

Hi! Quick question— what happens if your renter refuses or decides not to pay for the transit tax on the Disneyland hotel stay? Does it end up on the DVC owner’s bill???

I’m looking to rent out points and someone is asking me to book DLH for them. Since it’s the only place that has a tax that isn’t a part of our points/maint fee, I’m a little worried about renting to a stranger. Any insight much appreciated!!!

Can you pay the tax yourself and tack that onto their total bill for the points? I haven't had to deal with this yet, so I'm just speculating.

Normally there is a credit card required for check in so any bills are charged to that credit card.
