I'd second November, weather is usually good (mid to high 70s during the day, and high 50s to low 60s in the evening) and if you time it right, you either get a little Halloween, or a little Christmas (depending on the year's schedule).

No Halloween in November (nothing after 10/31) and holidays start around Veteran’s Day weekend (usually about 10 days or so after Halloween).

Very true SOCALMouseMommy, thanks for clarifying. Halloween is officially over, but some of the decor usually hangs around for a few days, which is what I was thinking.
