They had featured this on our local news this morning. They said that Ursula kept on singing "Poor Unfortunate Souls" even with her head resting on her chest.

A similar thing happened on IASW, holiday time, at DLR. The ice skating couple - one of othe - was missing its head (I forgot which one) and was spinning around.
