DL Tkt Package ???

I'm making comparbles on all and any deals available. I came across this one:

either 4 day park hopper for 8 of us totalling 1303

or

only one tkt for all 8 of to five different parks.
dl park (one day only)
cal adventure (one day only)
sea world (was going to try to go here)
san diego zoo (not so impressed with zoo's - would prefer legoland)
universal stud. (is there anything here for little ones??)
one pass to early morning ... (on a selected day)

this totalling 2032


is this a deal I should take advantage of? How many days do I really need for DL park and Cal Adventure?

How old are your kids? Do you know when you want to go? Do you want to spend some time at DL and CA or just get through it quickly? We did not enjoy Universal for our little ones. It is just kind of boring to us. The zoo all the animals were sleeping when we were there. You may want to find out more info on Legoland on the Southern California themeparks thread.

We are doing the Southern CA CityPass and I think that is what you are referring to and we wanted to do all those other things so it's a great deal if you really wanted to do those. We want more days in the park and I've been told I could upgrade those at the entrance for the price difference. So we will plan to do that. If you take the value of the 3 day hopper of $179 which I think is the cheapest you can find, that leaves you $70 if you get the tickets through Costco the citypass is $249.99 for adults and $218.99 for kids. It makes all those other attractions worth attending. HTH.

The City Pass is only a good deal if you want to do everything they offer. If you're only wanting to do DL/DCA & Sea World then just get DL/DCA hoppers and visit Sea World another day.
