DL Tickets

Driving myself nuts about tickets. Who currently has the best prices on DL tickets. Will be visiting for 1st time in April and hoping to spend 3 days/1park per day. My sister lives in Cali-can she purchase tickets at resident pricing and give these as a gift? We are DVC members but can't find anything about any ticket discount for DVC members, really?

My experience is that buying direct from Disney is the cheapest option.
I actually can't help you about the California res. tickets - but I think to have read that the person buying also need to come or something, but I'm sure you'll get a better answer from one of the others

The thing I just wanted to say is - why 1 day/1 park? I don't think the price is that much higher for a hopper ticket, and it is much more convenient to just hop from park to park!

Hope you get some better answers - just wanted you to think about buying a hopper ticket

I agree, buy tickets direct from disney. Disney is currently offering three day park hopper ticket's for $199.00 each. This price is available now thru may 28, 2012.

I need to purchase my kids' tickets. Maybe I'll do that this weekend. Will I need to print them off immediately? If so, I have to do it from the library. I do not have my printer connected at the moment.

No they will come to your email so you can print them when you want.


OP, PLEASE park hop. If you aren't going during Easter its the same price as the 1park tickets. If you are going during Easter, the ability to park hop will be a life saver when DL crowds get busy mid day (and only $15/ticket more). It'll literally take a few minutes to hop from one park to another.
