DL package must have minimum 2 day park ticket?

Sorry I looked and couldn't find the answer - if you book a DL package is it not possible to add a 1 day park ticket or 1 day hopper? When I'm looking the minimum looks to be 2 day. If someone was just wanting to stay at a on site hotel for 1 or 2 nights and just wanted a 1 day hopper, what is the best method for booking that? Thanks!

This. Room only reservations have MUCH more lenient cancelation policies too. There is no benefit to booking a package.

Further to the above, you can get your tickets from one of the reputable ticket resellers like aRes Travel and save a few dollars. No need to book everything as a package, never bothered to do that myself.
