We are sneaking in a 2 day trip to DL and DCA.

Well be there Sunday June 29 and Monday June 30 ( my b-day)

What day should I do what park? We are going to hop to. I was thinking of spending most of our time at DL Monday but someone said I should do it Sunday?

What do you think?

I would start both days at DL, using Hydroguy's rules, esp. about FPs. You pretty much want to do as much as you can, as fast as you can, in the morning, collecting FPs to use in the evening along the way. Hop over to DCA when DL starts getting too packed, enjoy that park for a few hours, and then hop back to DL with you FPs in hand.
BTW, have a great birthday! I love celebrating mine at DLR too!

On Sunday and Monday, DL will open at 8:00 a.m. and DCA will open at 10:00 a.m. I would start both days at DL, to avoid missing those two hours, and then park hop to DCA in the middle of both days. With only two days, you will really want to maximize your FastPasses.

On Sunday, DL has a Magic Morning early entry at 7:00 a.m., so Fantasyland and Tomorrowland will already have lines at 8:00 a.m. I would avoid FL and TL on Sunday morning, and instead plan on visiting them as early as possible on Monday morning.

Sundays are usually busier than Mondays, and Sundays have Magic Mornings, so IMO I would spend more time in DCA on Sunday, and I would spend more time in DL on Monday. :earsboy:

Great! Thank you both! I knew there was a master plan.

....and do fireworks on Sunday just incase they are cancled Monday.

I echo BillyFan's & SS Columbia's advice. & heed the Fantasyland advice...first thing Monday for sure.

We had a 3 day trip cut short to 1 & 1/2 days in December. (but it was my 8 y/o son & 25 y/o daughter & I..... so we were all on board for going semi-commando). With proper planning, methodical collection of FPs & zigging when others are zagging, one can get alot in.

Here is a summary of our experience (which coincidentally was a Sunday/Monday....but we had EE/MM on Monday then...not Sunday):

Have a great time. :thumbsup2

Definitely try to do fireworks of Sunday, since you never know when they will be cancelled.

I cant wait to do this! I cant believe I walked around WDW parks all those days like 30 something of them and didnt think of getting FP to use later in the day!
