Hi - has anyone stayed at e-ticket lounge lately and can you tell me if they are offering nightly turndown service? Thanks!

Great - thank you! That's good news. Hopefully that will take the sting out of not being in the new lounge yet. When I booked 9 months ago I didn't think there was any chance it wouldn't be open by mid June but it's looking that way.

Count yourself lucky if you're still able to access the ground-floor temporary lounge. It's far better than the old E-Ticket Club!
