Is Disneyland open on Easter Sunday?

Is that weekend mobbed, or quiet, or unpredictable?

I went to Disneyland during Easter once and to be honest it was rather packed. It's not as bad as it is at Christmas, but it is still rather packed.

Yes, it is very busy. We have been on Easter a couple times. We found the morning time very manageable (we were at the gates at least 20-30 minutes before the park opened), but the crowds definitely increase through the day.

Oh yes. Good Friday was horrible! We made the mistake of going on Good Friday as the last day of our first ever trip to Disneyland in 2005. After that, I told DH I had seen enough of Disneyland forever. Obviously I got over it since we've been back 20 times since at all kinds of crazy crowded times even, but I still remember that Good Friday as one of our most exhausting and most crowded days ever in Disneyland.

Yeah at Easter time, my family and I would show up about half an hour before the park opened. And like you said it did get busy as the day went on. When I was there at Christmas, my family got there an hour before the park opened the line went from the gates all the way down to the California sign over at California Great Adventure.
