DL Candlelight Procession December 08 Dates?

For years my wife and I have heard about how beautiful the Candlelight Procession is at Disneyland, so we plan to go this year. Does anyone know when it is usually held? There is nothing on the DL website, yet.

When are the dates usually announced? Also, aren't there dinner/seating packages available? When do those packages go on sale?

Thank you for any info! I'm also interested in hearing about it from anyone who has attended it.

I have not seen anything offical but it is usually the first full weekend of December. So my guess would be December 5th & 6th.
