DL CA on pts upgrade ?

Is it possible to pay to upgrade to concierge level if you are staying on pts at the Grand Californian?

I believe that you can book conceirge rooms on points at the GC, but you have to call MS to get points chart. Suites are also available, but again, you have to call for the points. -- Suzanne

The points for GC conceirge level are in the vacation planner for 2006-2007
I don't know what they offer but the point difference is double that of a standard room per night.

I checked into upgrading with cash in February. It was very pricey. If I am remembering correctly, it was around $250/night.
