DL.. a couple questions

How does getting to Tom Sawyer's Island work? I haven't been there since a kid!
Is it safe for young kids?
Our group is 5 people, but I only am worried about my 3 year old son. He would obey to stay still but just curious the safest way, IE do the rafts have ropes etc.

Also anyone just coming back from DL what time is the Reindeer Roundup?

The Reindeer Roundup runs from 10am to 7:30pm.

The rafts to the islands do have ropes or railings.

Tom Sawyers Island you take the rafts to get to, my 4 year old loved it! I think it was perfectly safe. The bridges were fine for her to go across. Didn't see any ropes.

The Reindeer Roundup when we were there went until about 6:00 I believe.

Thanks I thought the roundup was an actual activity at a specific time.. sort of like the sword in the stone thing..
