As you have listed my bib number is #12565. However, I hope to run 10 to 10.5 minutes/mile, which I thought I correctly put into my application form. Not to disparage anyone having 6:20 AM start time, but should I make some phone calls to move forward a little, or wait until the race expo to find out if that really is my start time?

Most likely that change of corrals is done at the expo with proof of finish time from another race. They give you a sticker to put over your corral on your bib, I don't think your number changes. Robert may know more about that.
