DJs at Atlantic Dance Hall

We're having our reception at ADH, and I know there they have a whole DJ booth already set up, and that's where the DJ for the wedding will be located. My question though is does the music actually go through the ADH sound system then or does the DJ just set-up his one speakers and equipment?

Also, when I was in ADH a few weeks ago just when it was open to the public, they had the music and all the colored lights going on. For a wedding does the DJ also have access to the lights at ADH or would we have to request that as an add-on, or do they even let you use all the in-house lights for a wedding?

Any description or information regarding how past receptions work with music and lighting at ADH would be very helpful. Thanks!

Yes, one of the advantages of an Atlantic Dance Hall event is the sound system and lighting that's built-in. This is also why you are required to use a DJ from Disney's list for events there.

Lurkyloo is correct. At ADH, you also have a lighting technician (separate from the DJ) that runs the lighting system. Of course, lighting is most effective in the evening. You can see pics from receptions at ADH here.
