DJ Table?

Did you have to provide a table for your DJ? In our contract it states that we have to. Before we sign it I wanted to see if this is unusual or not? In the past when I've had an event here in NY and hired a DJ we never had to provide a table?

It depends on where you are I suppose. We had to pay extra for the AV portion so you may want to look to see if the AV setup includes the table. I am not sure how it was listed on our BEO. Since the DJ's are not officially Disney Cast, they bring their boards and their computers/ other gear. Defiantely ask your planner more questions about the charge.

No we were at the Boardwalk... Disney set it up. I would clarify with your planner.

We were at the GF and did not have to provide a DJ table.
