My DH isn't a fan of matching Disney Shirts for the whole family:cool2:
Got this idea from Pintrest and thought i'd give it a try. Did shirts for the whole family, and DH actually liked them!!:yay:

I have a cricut so I just cut the freezer paper, if you don't have a cricut you can print on paper and then trace onto freezer paper.
here is the directions I used

here's mine:

I really like these. Where did you get your shirts? I'm thinking this would work for our family pretty well.

I think I found shirts at Walmart and at michaels craft store. They just have to be 100% cotton for the bleach to work

I really like how yours turned out! Even better than the ones on the link you provided! ;)

One thing I did find on my test shirts was that bleach mix wasn't strong enough. I used full strength bleach. I did several test spots on one of my husbands stained shirts, before doing mickey design in real shirts

I love the way your shirts came out! I may have to try this!

Thanks for sharing!

We tried this method a couple weeks ago. Love the results!

Very cool!!! I like the idea of each person having a different color, but the same design. Thanks for sharing

It's the coated paper that butcher shops use to wrap up meat for freezing. I got mine at Walmart for about $5 it's with the plastic wrap and foil.

I just did this on Thursday! They came out so cute, but I didn't take pics. This is one of the graphics I used. I did silhouettes of different characters for everyone. I had to use 100% bleach too, but maybe because I buy cheap bleach? ;)

That is such an awesome idea! Thanks for sharing :thumbsup2

They looks great!

We did these a couple weeks ago. I actually had planned for three each (per child) but made a few early mistakes lol. Anyway...

What did you use to cut out the designs? I have a Cricut but very limited designs that are easy to "read" as a silhouette. Love the castle!

Scissors and a hobby knife. :) after the first couple of failed attempts I was THRILLED with how the castles turned out lol

Same here, but I did learn with the details... you HAVE to blot the bleach off the freezer paper with a paper towel as you go or it peels off and the bleach bleds. I ruined one shirt that way.
