Dixie Stampede - do you have to reserve way in advance?

Do i have to reserve way in advance for the Dixie Stampede, or is one week enough? I'd like to wait until we're at WDW, before i buy any additional advance tickets.

I am sure you are probably safer purchasing the tickets in advance. However, we went last week (family of NINE) and purchased tickets one hour before showtime.

Got really great seats in the second row too. Our kids all loved it. Ages 2 through 15, and we did too. The food was plenty but the chicken was a little dry. Show was great and our kids now say they like it better than Hoop De Do.

It seats a lot of people.. like 1000 or something..

We have never seen it full when we have been there, but I know that it does sell out sometimes.. (especially the christmas shows!)

Do go though! its a great dinner show!
