DiveQuest with DVC discount

Hi there,
Can i book Epcot DiveQuest for my brother using the DVC discount if I am not participating? I am a DVC member, but he is not.

From what I heard, though it has been awhile, not typically. But I did hear once that it depends on the CM you get, if they are nice then they might process it for you.

I would say yes.I've made reservations for nieces and nephews,brother and sister-in-laws that are not members put where staying with me.I have done this a few times over the years.
